Shipping
All our goods and services are shipped
by UPS or DHL. We have a 99.9% successful delivery rate with this 3rd party
service provider. We do not accept repsonsibility for inconveniance caused by
late or non delivery of goods. our tracking processes will be implemented 1 week
after normal delivery period if your item does not arrive.
Returns
Items should be checked as soon as
possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages,
shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt
of goods. The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer
Services Manager. The cost of any items that have been found to be damaged in
transit or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us
receiving the items back.
